Cake-reviewing qualifications

I used to sell cakes and am a greedy sugar-binger. However, the main reason for the blog is to sort the wheat from the chaff and share my findings with the good people of London. I am, quite frankly, disgusted by the number of substandard cakes sold in cafés! I firmly stand by my motto: there’s no excuse for bad cake. They know who they are.
