Yeah they’re totally taking the P charging £9 but these things form part of the dessert menu so fair play I guess. Top notch wee thing. Wafery, nutty base. Soft (but not mousse) pale ganache stuff. Darker ganache on top. The fussy stuff around it is also quite tasty. 9/10
